Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day to day you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
