Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
