Fire and safety officer — Tarka

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Tarka, Benue State. The job is at a manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day to day you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
