Powder coating sprayer — Caledonia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Caledonia County, Vermont. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
