Cnc lathe setter wanted in Allegany County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Allegany County, Maryland. On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
