Brick mason — Telford and Wrekin

Join our team: we are hiring a brick mason in Telford and Wrekin, England. Day-to-day duties: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
