Argon welder — Onicha

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Onicha, Ebonyi State. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. On the job you will handle: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height We offer ₦75,000 per month plus benefits.
