Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
