Line cook wanted in Adams County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Adams County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
