Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Lucas County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Current medical and eyesight certificate Your main tasks: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
