Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine On a typical shift you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
