Hoist operator wanted in Yalobusha County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
