Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Clark County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
