We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. You will be based in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
