Fry cook wanted in Pike County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Pike County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
