MIG/MAG welder • Greene County, Ohio

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Greene County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy production line. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
