Now hiring: we are hiring a marble polisher in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. Requirements: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs The role involves: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
