Dish pit attendant — Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
