You should have: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • 1-2 years experience as a security guard On a typical shift you will control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. £1,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
