Join our team: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Ionia County, Michigan. You will be based on a construction site. The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
