Powder coating technician wanted in Calhoun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Calhoun County, Alabama. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Rotating shifts.
