Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Rhea County, Tennessee. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
