Pipe TIG welder • Toto, Nasarawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Toto, Nasarawa State. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Day to day you will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols ₦255,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
