Immediate opening: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Calhoun County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
