Great opportunity: tyre technician (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre technician in Bertie County, North Carolina. You will work in a fast-fit workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage On the job you will handle: • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear Overtime paid at a premium rate.
