Join our team: we are hiring a QC technician in Merced County, California. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
