You will insulate and ventilate the roof void; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
