Powder coating technician wanted in Coleman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Coleman County, Texas. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 2+ years on the tools preferred.
