Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Webster Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
