Domestic gas engineer • Sanborn County, South Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Sanborn County, South Dakota. You will be based on residential and apartment building sites. On the job you will handle: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
