Now hiring: garden maintenance worker (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a private estate garden. Your main tasks: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
