AC and fridge repair technician — Bland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Bland County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Clean condenser and evaporator coils You should have: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Part-time with flexible hours.
