Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Ijumu, Kogi State. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day-to-day duties: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec Six days a week, one day off.
