Bread and bun maker • Allendale County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Allendale County, South Carolina. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
