Lift installation engineer wanted in Glasgow City

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Glasgow City, Scotland. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. You will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
