Furniture maker • Hardin County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furniture maker in Hardin County, Kentucky. You will work on a commercial fit-out site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
