Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in City of Lexington, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise building site. On a typical shift you will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals Meals and transport allowance provided.
