Requirements: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
