Shuttering carpenter — South Central Connecticut Planning Region

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in South Central Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Day-to-day duties: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
