Immediate opening: we are hiring a machinist in Charles City County, Virginia. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
