We are recruiting: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Florence County, South Carolina. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Ideal candidate: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds On the job you will handle: • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
