QC technician • Fluvanna County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Fluvanna County, Virginia. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Willing to work rotating and night shifts The role involves carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
