Join our team: we are hiring a factory worker in Sibley County, Minnesota. You will work on a factory production line. The role involves: • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch What we are looking for: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
