Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Benton County, Missouri. The role involves: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Full-time, day shift.
