Demolition labourer • Kendall County, Illinois

Now hiring: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Kendall County, Illinois. You will be based with a civil contractor. You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Your main tasks: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
