Join our team: we are hiring a site safety steward in Greene County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
