Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Inyo County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
