Day-to-day duties: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Rotating shifts.
