Formwork erector wanted in Eastland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in Eastland County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
