Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Anderson County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
